About
We build the systems that run the work
Scalar is a small automation studio. We map how your business actually runs, then build the workflows that carry the repetitive half of it — so your team keeps the judgment calls.
Our approach
We map the work before we automate it
Scalar began inside an operations team that was losing two days a week to copy-paste. We built a single workflow to close the gap between a signed deal and a started onboarding. It gave eleven hours back in the first month.
That one fix turned into a practice. Today we design and build automation systems in Make and n8n for teams who have outgrown manual process but would rather not hire around it.
EVERY ENGAGEMENT COVERS
A workflow audit and a prioritised roadmap
Builds in Make or n8n, tested on your real data
Handover, documentation and 30 days of monitoring

The results
What changes after we ship
Automation is not the point — the hours it gives back are. Across engagements the same pattern shows up: fewer manual handoffs, faster turnarounds, and a team spending its week on judgment calls instead of data entry.

What we value
Four things we don’t bend on
Build in your stack
We work inside the tools you already pay for — Make, n8n, your CRM. No proprietary platform, no lock-in, and full documentation at handoff.
Stay after launch
We monitor every system for 30 days after go-live and train your team to run it. The goal is a business that no longer needs us on retainer.
Small by design
The people who scope your system are the people who build it. No account layer, no handoff to a junior team.
