Scalar is an AI automation agency. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or book an audit, and how we look after it.
What we collect
The email address and any details you send through the audit form, plus basic, anonymous usage data such as pages viewed and device type.
How we use it
To reply to your request, schedule your audit and send the plan we promised. We never sell your data or add you to a newsletter without asking.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that don’t follow you across other websites. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the tools we need to run the business, such as our email and scheduling providers, under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Email hi@scalar.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
